CTG and CJTF OIR arrested 3 terrorists
Based on accurate intelligence information and continuous follow-up by the Counter-Terrorism Forces, after receiving the order of the investigating judge, and under the direct supervision of Wahab Halabjaiy, Director General of Counter-Terrorism, a joint operation took place between the forces of the General Directorate of Counter-Terrorism and the international coalition against the Islamic State on the night of 05-05-2024 using the special helicopter of the General Directorate of Counter-Terrorism.
In this special operation, 3 terrorists were arrested in Chamchamal.
The arrested terrorists (A, H, N), born in 1996, (A, A, H), born in 2000, (M, H, M), born in 1986, all of them are from Mosul and have a history of working in terrorist organizations.
After their arrest, they were immediately handed over to the judiciary to be punished.
