CTG, ICTS, and CJTF OIR arrest an individual involved in terrorist activities
In a recent operation, a terrorist was apprehended in Daquq district. The arrest was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the General Directorate of Counter-Terrorism CTG, the Iraqi Counter-Terrorism Service ICTS, and coalition forces. This successful operation is a testament to the ongoing dedication and vigilance of these forces in dismantling terrorist networks.
The terrorist in custody, (M.A.H), was born in 1989 and had a prior affiliation with the Islamic State (IS). Following the loss of their final stronghold in Iraq, they sought refuge in Kirkuk province, settling in Daquq district where they took on the humble occupations of a shepherd and farmer.
